Small description for TABLE OF CONTENTS

### Problem
In tutorials, there is a side section named table of contents. It contains 2 options, You'll learn to and You'll build. Clicking on them opens a separate page with detailed description.

### Solution
There should be a short description about the options in section as well . For each tutorial, section itself should describe in 2 lines each what user will learn and build. For more details, links are there.
