Description

This page would just list things in one place, similar to [Actions and Events](https://amp.dev/documentation/guides-and-tutorials/learn/amp-actions-and-events/?format=websites).

## Examples

- `` can bind on `[href]` thanks to `amp-bind`.
- `amp-form` actually adds on top of ``, there's no ``.
- Attributes like `submit-success` and `fetch-error` apply to general HTML elements, like `

`.
- `amp-access` also has attributes that change other elements on the page.

## Reasoning

It's sometimes unclear that AMP components may affect things outside of a given component's children. In addition, this would give a place to document email-specific limitations, like `[href]` not being bindable in the AMP for Email format.
