How to execute AMP in Windows using PHP shell scripts

Hi,
I have installed https://github.com/ampproject/amp-toolbox/tree/master/packages/cli in my windows machine. It works when I type **"amp version"** in Windows CMD Prompt.
But I want run this using PHP shell script.
Could you guys help me to accomplish this?
