Continuous Deployment for Cloudflare Worker Demo

Hi there,

This is regarding #1318 . It'd be great to have Continuous Deployment setup for Cloudflare Optimizer Scripts Demo.

Since, we can't certainly be sure as long as the new worker code isn't deployed on Cloudflare itself. I have experience with writing CD code for Cloudflare and can take up and quickly get this task done.

If you think it's a good idea, I can add related deployment files and provide instructions to add the relevant secrets of Firebase and Cloudflare for repository administrator.

Moreover, since I see that preliminary work for different worker environments is done.

I would like to know which branch is supposed to reflect beta and which one main.

Begin with issue #1318 and inspect the existing worker-environment setup referenced here. Confirm which branches represent beta and main, then define the deployment files, required Firebase and Cloudflare secrets, and administrator instructions; done means the demo is deployed through continuous deployment.
