🐛 Bug Report: create new service with None still create a service for Order Management template

### What happened?

When creating a new service in a project and I click on Order Management as Sample Entities and then click on None, the new service contains Order Management entities instead of None.

### What you expected to happen

Only the entities needed by the None sample entity to be generated.

### How to reproduce

1. Create a new service
2. Click on Order Management sample entity
3. Click on None (start from scratch)
4. Click on Create Service
5. Observe the new service with unwanted
