🐛 Bug Report: Missing environment variable with topic name cause silent shutdown

### What happened?

If you haven't provided env with topic name to any service it will just exit without any error.

### What you expected to happen

To see the error that env is missing.

### How to reproduce

Remove any topic name from any service, for example GENERATE_PULL_REQUEST_TOPIC from amplication-server.
