🐛 Bug Report: Misplacement of the Api tokens

### What happened?

When you generate an Amplication API token is liked to a specific user and you can log in with it to the CLI.

The problem is that we show the API tokens per the Resource settings page.

### What you expected to happen

The API token needs to show in the workspace settings
