Add an interface to connect with local API from: https://github.com/iot-root/garden-of-eden to control and monitor a garden
Currently need to allow CORS to connect, need to allow CORS from the server side
UPDATES:
09/25/2023: added brightness controller
10/15/2023: CORS is allowed, testing pump API is under development
