Description
the .exe file just won't run, I've even tried to run as Administrator. Have even checked if it's running in the background and end it from Task Manager, it's just not running. I've even reinstalled it twice--still same issue.
edit: reinstalled using scoop, having the same issue
edit2: Made the .exe startup file, still the same
