[FEATURE REQUEST] Ability to set unlimited 'Maximum Download Retries' and set retry interval on settings

I believe having the ability to set unlimited resumption of failed downloads would be a good option, at the moment the maximum is 1024.

Another option that would be very useful is controlling how often the application attempts to resume a failed download, some download sites impose Too Many Requests, so being able to control how often the app tries to resume the download would be essential in these cases.
