[Feature Request] Separate optional User Agent and Referer for each download

Description
I find out there is an option for default User Agent in the Settings. However sometimes a specific UA and/or a specific referer is needed to download a file. I hope there are options for these 2 fields in the Extra Config in Add Download dialog.
