SOMETHING WRONG IN DOWNLOAD GITHUB FILES

- In theory, 32 threads will be faster than just 1 threads.
- But in fact, abdm have something wrong in downloading files in some website (GFW). But as a student, our school have proxy in our school network.
So, we can surf on github and get some projects on it.
But abdm can not download these files faster than our browser! But if I use system proxy (such as clash) to download that, it'll be faster.
It's strange, but use IDM never feedback this.
- The main bug may be in distinguishing wi-fi's proxy. I wish you notice that and debug.
