Wrong UI scaling when moving windows between monitors with different resolutions

So the issue is that moving any app's window between screens (in my case, 1920x1080 and 3840x2160) doesn't change the window's scale according to the current screen resolution and remains at the last scale set. However, when trying to change the scale to anything and then setting it back to system scale, it resizes the windows well, even if the windows were opened on both screens.
