[Feature] Add URL to allow enabling or disabling proxy

I would like to propose adding a Proxy option in the "Add Download - Extra Config" section.

While there is currently a Proxy option in the settings, I sometimes prefer not to use the proxy for all downloads or to use it for specific ones. It would be helpful to add an option to enable or disable the proxy on a per-download basis.
