[Bug] Ignore URL Pattern not work

I want exclude some URL, but it seems the URL pattern did not work.

### 🔁 Steps to Reproduce

1. Open ABDM Extension
2. Add URL inside "Ignore URL Pattern"
3. Try to Download

### ✅ Expected Behavior

The file should be downloaded by browser instead ABDM
