[Bug] Application main Windows start with Login

When application is set to start with Login or Boot, then the Main Window of the Application open everytime after the Login. I have to close the Main Window everytime.

### 🔁 Steps to Reproduce

1. Set the Application to "Start on Boot" from the application settings
2. Logout or Reboot macOS
3. Login again, if asked
4. The Main Window will Popup/Open after the Login

### ✅ Expected Behavior

1. The Main Window must not be opened after Login

### 💡 Possible Solution (optional)

1. There should be Toggle in settings something like "Open Main Window with Login", that control if User want that behaviour or not. If User set it to "Off" then Main Window must not open after Login.
