[Bug] Screen flickering in Files view after download completion on Windows

When a file finishes downloading in AB Download Manager on Windows, noticeable screen flickering occurs inside the app. The flicker is visible specifically in the Files menu and on the last downloaded file entry.

This happens consistently after downloads complete and affects UI stability and user experience.

### 🔁 Steps to Reproduce

1. Open AB Download Manager on Windows
2. Start downloading any file
3. Wait for the download to complete
4. Open or observe the Files menu
5. Notice flickering in the file list, especially around the most recent download

The Files view should remain stable and render smoothly after a download completes, without any UI flickering.
