change default eslint config to less strict config

`eslint-config-airbnb` is a pretty strict config, which is probably why create-react-app avoids it and uses its own eslint config. For the initial release of Alfred we should ship with our own eslint-config, which should be pretty similar to create-react-app's one.

* remove `eslint-config-bliss`, `eslint-config-airbnb`, remove `.flowconfig`'s
