Description
I'm guessing this is referring to spells that are supposed to be above innate level 2/3 for the sake of piercing Minor Globe of Invuln, Ethereal Visage, Ghostly Visage, et al.
If you need a pair programming partner to find the classes in AmiaReforged that govern these things, lemme know. If you need more detail, I'll go bug people.
