Feature Request: Enable change mentee/track option in the submission page instead of redirecting to the dashboard

### Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.:
Currently, when a mentor wants to check another mentee’s progress, clicking the “Change Mentee” button redirects them to the dashboard to select a different mentee. This disrupts the workflow and adds unnecessary navigation.

### Proposed Solution:
Enable the option to switch mentees directly within the same page (for example, via a dropdown or modal). This would create a smoother experience by allowing mentors to quickly move between mentees without leaving the current view.
