[Feature] Automatic check in amber code for bash command if there is a builtin

This can be helpful to improve our test suite/stdlib but also on coding in Amber because our builtin have compiler optimization and error reporting.

I think that right now can be a Amber script itself but we can think to integrate something in Amber compiler itself.
