Independent horizontal and vertical FOV controls

Please add a custom FOV slider instead of the default slider which decreases/increases everything all at once. Please give us access to customize our fov like the steamvr app allows. As it is currently anything below 0.8 fov on the client cuts down too much of the bottom of the screen while the top of the screen is still rendering image that is out of sight. Decreasing everything at once also decreases the middle of the image which causes a hard cutoff in the middle which kills binocular over lap and gives eye strain.
