ALVR can't download the latest nighties

## Description

The ALVR Launcher can't download the latest nightly (currently https://github.com/alvr-org/ALVR-nightly/releases/tag/v21.0.0-dev12%2Bnightly.2026.08.23 as of this post), instead being stuck at https://github.com/alvr-org/ALVR-nightly/releases/tag/v21.0.0-dev13%2Bnightly.2026.06.06, a version months behind, given that downloading directly from the Github has the same issue in terms of sorting (except on the Github you can at least scroll back far enough to get to the real latest version, where you can't do that in the launcher), I believe the problem likely lies in the fact that the latest versions are "dev12", while the latest versions that should up in the launcher are "dev13", so this is an issue of bad version numbering.
