Add support for simualting the vive controllers touch pad

## Description

So i use vive controlers emulated from my quest to use hand tracking when i want to use it. but the touch pads that game used arent emulated. Beatsaber for scrolling the menus used touch and Vivecraft for placing blocks by press touch pad down at the bottom. SteamVR desktop view right clicking using touchpad up click
This could be done with the likes of holding the grip button and joystick down in a direction for clicks and full direction for scrolling.
