### Describe your idea / enhancement
In the stream overlay, periodically query the server for time, and adjust the time displayed on the overlay to try and get the clock to be within +/- 1 second.
### How would this idea / enhancement be beneficial?
Because OBS is running on windows, the time is often incorrect +/- 1 minute. This causes inaccuracies for the census clip matching.
