[Idea]: Adjust position of elements on BRB Screen when donation campaign bar is visible

### Describe your idea / enhancement

At the moment the Pixel Project campaign tracker is visible at the bottom of the BRB Screen clips scene, which covers up most of the title of the clip being played.

My suggestion is to either relocate the title to be above the player, or move both the clip and title elements up a tad on that scene when a campaign tracker is visible.

### How would this idea / enhancement be beneficial?

It would ensure that the title of the clip being played is always visible.
