Normal scrolling keyboard

When moving into a section that is set to be scrolled normally, the use of the 'up' and 'down' arrow keys on the keyboard do not work as they normally would on a regular webpage.

This issue is on Mac OS (all browsers), not Windows.

The tutorial you wrote re: creating a hugeinc.com style page, you can see the problem. When you move into the normally scrollable section, you can not use the arrow keys to navigate to the bottom of that section's content. Arrow keys only move the entire section up or down.

Any ideas?
