pp-scrollable section too sensitive

Hi,

I hope I can describe my issue:
My first section in my pagepiling container is scrollable. When I'm reaching the end of the section, pagepiling is immediately jumping to the next section. What's kind of bad, as people probably would like to scroll to the end of the section first to finish reading until the end of the text, and then scroll **again** to move to the next section.

How can I solve this?
