We would like to disable dragAndMove for certain elements.
Background is that we have more dragable elements. Both fullPage.js and the other elements react to draging.
Ideal would be an option similar to `normalScrollElements`, where you list elements for which fullPage.js dragging is disabled.
We have an organization licence for fullpage.js.
