Navigation text not clickable

### Description
I am using fullpage.js with a navigation on the left. I've added CSS to always display the data-tooltip text but this text is not clickable to navigate between the sections. Only the dots are working.

### Steps to reproduce it
1. Here is my CSS

I want the text to be clickable to navigate between the sections but I can't manage to do it. Thanks for any answer. I hope I've managed to explain my problem correctly
