Always scroll to top of section

Hi,

I have all auto height sections that are all smaller than the viewport. When I navigate from the top of the page to the bottom, it goes to the bottom of each section.

I see that you've added option `bigSectionsDestination`, which is great for when I'm scrolling from the bottom of the page to the top. But I really need sections to always load at the top of the section, whether coming from top or bottom, including if the section is big or small.

I believe this problem was also mentioned here [#1940](https://github.com/alvarotrigo/fullPage.js/issues/1940).
