Description
AltStore on Windows can't handle installing apps that have long file paths in them.
Same thing happens when trying to sideload directly with AltServer.
When installing the same app using signing services or a private certificate it installs without any issues.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the Windows installation failure with an app whose file paths exceed the supported length, using both AltStore and AltServer. Then trace the installation flow to identify where the filename or extension error is surfaced. Done means affected apps with long paths install successfully through both routes without regressing normal installations.
