"Invalid argument" error after updating to 1.4.5

Description
Hey everybody here,
this morning, I've updated my AltStore to Version 1.4.5. I'm still able to refresh my apps (I have Clip installed), but I can't install new Apps like Delta. The installation progress fails with the error "invalid argument".
I think the reason is that I've updated to the new version and there may be a bug in it or so.
