AltInstaller.msi not working

Some days ago my laptop have got problems so I need to go back to a system restore point without Altstore already installed and my apps are expiring in 2 days so I went onto my my laptop and downloaded official Altserver installer but when I double click the AltInstaller.msi it showed me "This advertised application will not be installed because it might be unsafe. Contact your administrator to change the installation user interface option of the package to basic". I know how 90 percent of the time windows error messages are meaningless and useless but if this error message just so happened to be genuine, then how would I be able to do that? Oh and after I clicked the only button "ok" the installer popped up with "Installation complete" and "installer was interrupted". I really need my Altserver back as my UTM is expiring in 1 day as of right now when I am typing so please notify me asap because I spent so long waiting for Windows XP and Windows 7 to install on my iPad and I would rather not wait for another 2 hours for it to install.

Start by reproducing the failure with AltInstaller.msi from the official AltServer installer on the affected Windows setup. Confirm whether the advertised-application and interrupted-installation messages can be reproduced; done means the installer completes successfully or the issue has a documented, actionable cause.
