Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm always frustrated when my build server updates my alpha source, I open AltStore, it does not automatically refresh and I can do nothing about it. As far as I observed it, AltStore seems to refresh when it is "restarted" (killed from the app switcher and then opened) or sometimes spontaniously.

Describe the solution you'd like
Pull to refresh exists. Maybe refreshing whenever the app is opened (not started, but opened, when you tap on the app icon) is also an option.

Research direction

Start by reproducing AltStore's refresh behavior after the app is opened from the iOS app icon, comparing it with a restart and pull-to-refresh. Trace the app-opening lifecycle entry point and determine where source updates are checked. Done means reopening the app reliably refreshes the alpha source without requiring a kill-and-relaunch action.
