Description
Description:
-
Basically if I hit “Refresh Apps” (while no account is saved) it prompt me to log in with my AppleID and that’s fine, apps are refreshed as normally should do.
-
If I hit “Refresh Apps” a second time, an error pop up, my “credential are inserted incorrectly”. Going in “Settings” show a completely different mail, that I have used long time ago (no idea how It got that).
-
Changing my current mail (GMX) with the one the AltStore is showing (GMAIL) make everything works perfectly. But is a bit annoying changing the mail just because of AltStore.
To Reproduce:
- Not sure, because using another AppleID doesn’t have this bug.
The mail taken is saw in the AppleDevPortal.
Desktop:
- OS: MacOS
- Version: 10.14.16
- AltServer: 1.3.2
Device:
- Device: iPhone XS
- iOS: 13.5
Error prompt:
“Failed to refresh 2 apps.
Your Account information was entered incorrectly. (-20101)”
If more info are needed I will provide them.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the Refresh Apps flow on the stated macOS, AltServer, iPhone, and iOS versions, then compare the email shown in Settings with the Apple Developer Portal account. Investigate why the second refresh uses the wrong saved account and verify that the correct email allows both refresh attempts without error -20101.
