[Feature Request] Public IPA release with Remote AltServer and self-hosted Anisette support

Hi AltStore team,

Could you consider prioritizing a publicly downloadable AltStore Classic IPA with Remote AltServer support, possibly as a public beta before the next stable release?

My goal is to refresh AltStore and my sideloaded apps directly on my iPhone without keeping my Windows computer running.

My current setup:

• AltStore Classic 2.2.2, with no Remote AltServer option visible in Settings.
• iPhone running iOS 27.
• A Windows computer.
• A server with Docker, a domain, and HTTPS, which I would like to use for a self-hosted Anisette service.

The public classic branch appears to already include Remote AltServer setup and a custom server URL option. It would be very helpful to have:

1. A prebuilt IPA with these features publicly available to users without a Patreon subscription.
2. Support for custom HTTPS Anisette server URLs in the public build.
3. Setup instructions covering compatible versions, device pairing, LocalDevVPN, and any initial computer requirements.

I understand that testing and stability work take time. Is there a planned milestone for public availability, or any remaining blockers that users can help test?

Start by reviewing the public classic branch's existing Remote AltServer setup and custom server URL entry points. Check how the current public build is packaged and how device pairing, LocalDevVPN, and Anisette configuration are documented. Done would mean an agreed public IPA release path, custom HTTPS Anisette support, and setup instructions covering the requested requirements.
