Altstore stuck in a loop of revoking developer certificate between multiple devices

I'm currently using AltStore on 3 devices though the issue happens even when using it on 2. Everything was working fine until I updated AltStore a few days ago. Both devices are on the latest version of iOS and iPad.

Whenever I install AltStore on one device AltStore will give an error saying "AltStore was unable to use an existing signing certificate, so it had to create a new one. This will cause apps installed with an existing certificate to expire -- Including AltStore. To prevent AltStore from expiring early, please refresh the app now. AltStore will quit once refreshing is complete.".

If I choose revoke certificate alt store will revoke my developer certificate and create a new one allowing me to refresh AltStore itself and any other installed apps.

The issue is the other device is then unable to use the new certificate created and asks to revoke and refresh the certificate.

This goes back and forth between the two devices. I tried to remove AltStore from both devices and delete the certificate from the Apple Developer website but that doesn't seem to change anything.

I've also tried searching around Google and the Discord but haven't found anything helpful other than people using different Apple IDs for each device.

I also seem to not be getting the part where you go to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management and accept the thing? Or is that because I have a Developer Account?

No source file or test is identified. Start by reproducing the certificate and refresh flow on two devices using the same Apple ID, then trace the multi-device signing behavior; done means both devices can refresh AltStore and installed apps without repeatedly revoking each other's certificate.
