Description
[iOS 18 Developer Beta 1] Everytime I try to backup a sideloaded app so I can install an ipa file, multiple errors pop up saying that my device management settings dont allow using apps from myself, however I already verified my email in settings. Here's a demo video from my iPhone:

Research direction
Start by reproducing the backup flow described in the issue on iOS 18 Developer Beta 1, using the linked demo video as the expected failure reference. Trace the device-management verification errors that appear when backing up a sideloaded app. Done means the backup flow no longer causes AltStore or other sideloaded apps to become unverified.
