Reinstalled Homebrew and pymobiledevice3, reinstalled through Xcode and am now getting this error. It seems like there are some files that are x86_64 that should be arm as this is being run on a M1 Mac.

Start with the altjit entry point at Source Line 96 and the reported python3 failure; compare the x86_64 _cffi_backend with the required arm64 or arm64e architecture on the M1 Mac. Done means the personalized Developer Disk mounts and JIT can be enabled without exit code 1.
