Receiving Error Code regarding AltServer Installation Onto iPhone

On my iPhone SE 2022 using iOS version 16.5.1 I am attempting to download AltStore onto my iPhone from my Mac OS Monterey version 12.5 using version 1.7 of AltServer and I am receiving an error code that states: "AltStore could not be installed on ___'s iPhone" with the description: "Alsterver could not fetch new provisioning profiles. The bundle identifier for this app has already been registered." I have attached a screenshot of this error to this post including the "view more details" which exhibits the specific error code.

When I was trying to refresh the AltStore before the app ID expired, I would get an error message saying the bundle identifier had already been registered; thus, I waited for it to expire in order to try and reinstall the app with the same Apple ID I used to install it the previous time, only to get the message shown in the screenshot, described as Error Code 3011.

I want to install the AltStore with the same account I used to install it originally because I don't want to lose my data and preferences on the uYou+ YouTube app which I installed through AltStore with that specific apple ID.

I deleted the uYou+ app from my iPhone, which was an app I downloaded through the AltStore, as it began to show a prompt saying, "YouTube is no longer available." This was after, I deleted the AltStore downloaded with the specific iCloud account where my data was stored when it too began to show the prompt, "AltStore is no longer available." I was unable to refresh or install the AltStore with the original iCloud account I used and I also deleted the trusted VPN accounts for the installation of the apps on my iPhone.

I want for the AltStore to download onto my phone with original iCloud account I used, so that I can retain my data which I created under that specific iCloud account I used to to download the AltStore.

The report names AltServer installation and Error Code 3011 but no source file or test. Start by reproducing the provisioning-profile failure with the listed iOS 16.5.1, macOS Monterey, and AltServer 1.7 setup; done would require a confirmed diagnosis and a documented resolution.
