Description
With the promotion of the Apple Devices app to stable and iTunes finally being on its way out, I would assume it’s probably time to begin using that along with a more updated iCloud app. Currently, the version of iCloud on the Microsoft store doesn’t work (which I know is by design), however Apple no longer supports the direct download versions and they can’t even be used to login anymore (at least with Advanced Data Protection enabled), making it impossible to use the iCloud app for windows for its intended purpose in conjunction with Altserver without a hacky workaround. As far as I know, migration to the newer apps should be possible with relatively minimal work unless Apple killed API calls that Altserver needs (which may be possible, I’m not super familiar with it’s architecture)

Research direction
The issue names the current iTunes and iCloud app integration but no files or tests. Start by locating that integration and checking whether the Apple Devices app and updated iCloud support the required AltServer workflow; done means the supported apps work for their intended purpose without the described workaround.
