Research direction

The report concerns a Windows installation timeout from WinHttpQueryDataAvaliable, involving AltServer, iTunes, and iCloud; no source file, test, or entry point is identified. Start by reproducing the installation failure and documenting the environment and exact failing step; done means identifying a reproducible cause and confirming that installation completes without the timeout.
