Description
Sometimes I forget whether I rebooted the device or not and then when I open apps and later go to WDBRemoveThreeAppLimit, it crashes after I press go, even after a reboot. I think this happens if I open sideloaded apps before I press the go button in WDB after a reboot.
Therefore, it'd be nice if altstore could show a status of whether the limit has been removed or not and if possible auto toggle the "Enfore three app limit" in its settings itself.

Research direction
Start by examining the WDBRemoveThreeAppLimit flow and AltStore's settings UI. Determine how the app can identify whether the three-app limit has been removed and how the “Enfore three app limit” setting should reflect that state. Done means the status is reliably shown after reboot and the requested setting behavior is defined and verified.
