Research direction
The report concerns installing .ipa files through AltStore on an iPhone XS running iOS 16.0.2, with AltServer on Windows 11; no source file or test is identified. First reproduce the permission error with a non-server .ipa and compare it with the working UTM and DolphiniOS installs. Done means supported .ipa files install without the permission error.
