Description
As the title says, if an app is installed without extensions it cannot be deactivated and it needs to be deleted from the device to install another app.
Apps installed with extensions works fine but if the same app is installed without extensions it gives an error:
Trying to deactivate an app that has no extensions also makes the app unusable until it has been refreshed again.
Device info if that helps with anything is:
iOS: 16.1 DB2
Device: iPhone XS
AltStore version: 1.5.1
