Description
I think it would be nice if i could see extra information about the applications that i've sideloaded with AltStore. For example i install: someapp_v23.2.3B.ipa on my phone. If i hold click on the app, it would give me the original name of the installed file(someapp_v23.2.3B.ipa). With this we will be able to distinguish the installed version of the application.

Research direction
Start from the installed-app list and the hold-click interaction described in the issue, then trace how installed app metadata is displayed. Done means the original IPA filename, such as someapp_v23.2.3B.ipa, is visible when holding an installed app so different installed versions can be distinguished.
