Description
Literally the day before yesterday, the application worked perfectly. Today it just stopped working. I wanted to update AltStory itself and a couple of apps for it. Everything seemed to be going normally, but I didn't notice that AltStore would be reinstalling.
I completely deleted the application, deleted AltServer from my computer. I reinstalled iTunes and iCloud (the latest versions for today), downloaded the latest version (1.5.1.0) of AltServer and tried to install the application again. Everything goes as usual, Alt Server even asks me for a six-digit verification code, but again nothing — the AltStore icon does not appear on the desktop of my iPhone.

Research direction
The report names AltServer 1.5.1.0, iTunes, iCloud, and an iPhone, but no repository file or test. Start by reproducing the reinstall flow and compare the successful verification step with whether the AltStore icon appears. Done means identifying a reproducible cause or gathering enough diagnostic detail to define a code change.
