When using pymuscle5, I noticed that MUSCLE seems to automatically utilize multiple cores for execution. Is there a specific part in MUSCLE's code where multi-core execution is defined? Additionally, can pymuscle5 provide a way to specify through parameters that only one core should be used?
Would specifying single-core execution improve efficiency for smaller sequence alignments?
