New install creating duplicates because of datetime issue

OS: Windows 10
Version: Instalooter 2.3.4

Hi, I recently installed instalooter on a new computer. There has been a while since I've updated instalooter, last time I was on version 2.1 or something. When I ran the command that I've used for months:
`instalooter user applepanda D:\Instagram\Profiles\applepanda --get-videos -T "{username}.{datetime}.{id}" -N -m -j 24`

It started downloading all the posts instead of looking for new submissions. I found out that it's because the format the month is displayed changed, and the change in the name is creating duplicates.

Used to be: `applepanda.2019-3-31 18h44m17s0.2011845187106381686`

Is now: `applepanda.2019-03-31 18h44m17s0.2011845187106381686`

Is there way to change this or do I have to redownload posts from all the users I have?
